Job Role:

We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Student Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right academic/career path. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to counsel students effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on courses, career options, and opportunities
  • Guide students and parents through admission processes
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and institutions
  • Achieve admission/enrolment targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English)
  • Ability to understand student needs and provide proper guidance
  • Prior experience in counselling/education field preferred (freshers with good communication may also apply)
  • Graduation in any stream (Education/Management background is an advantage)

Work Location: Perumbavoor / Thrippunithura
