Job Summary:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications and solutions. You will work closely with our development team, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based projects. You will also mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, and ensure that best practices and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to business problems.

Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and ensure scalability.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.

Participate in the design and architecture of new Salesforce solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce development and integration.

Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and other team members.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware).Knowledge of Salesforce platform features such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Lightning Flow.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.

Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving on the Salesforce platform.

Experience with Git or other version control tools.Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I) is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
