Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing production, labour management, compliance, and operational reporting across all four CNPL(Creative Nutrition) Plant units (Trichi – Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Jharsetli – Faridabad, Sec24 Faridabad).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities across all CNPL units.
  • Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports from each unit and prepare a consolidated report for management review.
  • Handle payroll coordination and manage contractual labour for all plants.
  • Track, maintain, and ensure timely renewal of all statutory and operational licenses for each unit.
  • Coordinate with plant teams to minimize machine and process breakdowns and ensure smooth plant operations.

Required Skills:

  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledge of production processes and labour management
  • Basic understanding of compliance and license management
  • Ability to work with multi-location teams
  • Travelling is possible sometimes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
