Your role

We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Bengaluru , with 9 to 15 years of work experience . The ideal candidate will lead and guide key C&B processes including pay budgeting, benchmarking, annual and variable pay reviews, benefits administration , and compensation governance .

  • Create pay budgeting proposals and master salary breakup files.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs for processing annual, quarterly, and anniversary pay increases or promotions.
  • Consolidate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for execution.
  • Manage ARC (Average Remuneration Cost) reporting and statutory bonus calculations.
  • Administer variable compensation, ESOPs, and salary pay band governance.
  • Benchmark compensation internally and externally, and handle exceptions.
  • Maintain compensation data in SAP/PeopleSoft and release pay/bonus letters via system modules.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in C&B processes.
Your Profile
  • Postgraduate degree in HR .
  • Proven global exposure in Compensation & Benefits .
  • Experience managing compensation for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees).
  • Proficient in HR systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
