The Impact You'll Make

As our Customer Service Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting the India Business (Pimpri Plant) by managing end-to-end customer service operations and ensuring smooth coordination across functions.

Your impact? Youll help ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong communication between customers and internal teams, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and strengthening our business relationships.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth coordination for daily sales orders and dispatches.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders by managing purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with various overseas DSL locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and ensure on-time order processing and delivery.
• Use your skills in planning, coordination, and communication to optimize processes and reduce operational expenses.
• Continuously learn and share insights to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering with 57 years of experience in customer service and order management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with hands-on experience managing customer portals and related applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to meet customer requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong team player mindset with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement and compliance.
