We're Hiring: Human Resources Manager

Are you passionate about people, compliance, and building a strong workplace culture? We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in
Labour Laws and Human Resource Management
to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including
    recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
    .
  • Drive
    training and development programs
    to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Ensure
    strict compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
    .
  • Partner with leadership and teams to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Manage policies, frameworks, and processes to support organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in HR and Labour Law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of
    recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
    .
  • Expertise in
    training & development
    and handling compliance matters.
  • Excellent
    organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the
    education industry
    is a plus.
  • MBA in Human Resources
    and
    Bachelor of Law (LLB)
    required.
