Role & Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and direct the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
  • Patient Care & Relations: Address patient queries, resolve issues, handle feedback, and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Crisis Management: Act independently to manage unexpected situations, interpret policies, and make timely decisions to maintain patient care.
  • Staff Management: Supervise staff, allocate resources, and ensure staff are skilled and resourced to perform their duties effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
  • Communication & Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among various departments, including nursing, medical staff, and administration.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges and staff issues that arise during the shift.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of incidents and ensure they are communicated to the appropriate personnel.
