Tomto Lemon Creative is a dynamic digital marketing agency that partners with brands across industries like luxury, lifestyle, fashion, education, and FMCG. We are passionate about creating impactful campaigns, engaging content, and helping businesses grow through strategic digital storytelling.

We are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who can support our social media team in planning, creating, and executing content for various brands.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Intern, you will:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories using design and video tools (basic knowledge is a plus).
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and ideas to boost engagement.
  • Support in copywriting for posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
  • Help in monitoring performance metrics, engagement, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, reels, and content ideas.
  • Assist in community management (responding to DMs, comments, and interactions).

Skills We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay updated with trends.
  • Passion for digital marketing, branding, and storytelling.

Eligibility

  • Students/recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or related fields.
  • Prior internship experience in social media is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
