6 Days working ( WHO)

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing Sales Capability Enhancement of frontliners, new hires, refresher for entire salesforce in line with the business needs

  • To ensure that Frontline and rest of the sales force is equipped with knowledge and skill to perform better and produce greater results.
  • To ensure that the field force in Zone are enabled to do effective execution of all strategies with coaching through OJT and classroom training.

Understand and evaluate training needs for the business through:

  • Partnership during key strategic initiatives and product launches
    •Collaboration with business and other support functions to understand new capability to be developed for continuous upskilling
    •Regular field visit to understand market requirement and competition benchmark
    •Prepare annual / monthly training calendar
    •Prepare and develop a team of regional trainers

Content Development and refresher training:

  • Create and collate relevant training content (Both Product & Non-Technical).
  • Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions.
  • Partner with Product Matter expert to create High-Impact training materials related to updates.
  • Capability to do gamification of training content

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Industry: Healthcare - Diagnostic or pharma.
