Customer Relationship Manager (Stone Industry)

Location: Indore M.P

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client accounts, drive repeat business, and ensure customer satisfaction in the stone industry. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers who deal with marble, granite, tiles, and natural stone products.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.

· Understand customer requirements related to stone types, finishes, sizing, and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as product quality concerns, delivery delays, or installation guidance.

· Regularly follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.

· Monitor client accounts, maintain records, and keep CRM software up to date.

· Suggest suitable stone products based on client needs and trends in architecture and construction.

· Share customer feedback with the production and operations teams to improve service and quality.

· Provide quotations, process orders, and assist in negotiation and closing sales.

· Attend industry events, site meetings, or showroom visits to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

· in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or stone industry.

· Strong knowledge of natural stones (granite, marble, quartz, etc.) and their applications.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a deadline-driven environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
