About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers and provide personalized consultation.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, collections, and offers.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's luxury aesthetics.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–1 year in retail sales (furniture/home décor/luxury retail preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a customer-first mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
