Position: Business Development Executive Admissions

Reporting To: Principal / Admissions Manager / Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive male Business Development Executive with strong experience in school admissions and field marketing. The role involves executing outdoor campaigns, managing events, meeting prospective parents, and driving student enrollments through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute admission and marketing campaigns (field-based & digital)
  • Handle admission inquiries, follow-ups, and school visits
  • Organize outdoor events, open houses, and promotions
  • Manage social media and promotional content
  • Maintain lead database (CRM) and track conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the education sector
  • Field Work & Marketing: Mandatory
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates only
  • Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC
