Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales and Marketing Specialist
who will drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is motivated to work in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client pitches.
Marketing:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to promote products and services.
- Create compelling content for social media, email, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Manage brand presence across channels and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, community outreach, and collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (startup/healthcare/tech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
