Role Overview

We are looking for a 
Sales and Marketing Specialist
 who will drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is motivated to work in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client pitches.

Marketing:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to promote products and services.
  • Create compelling content for social media, email, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Manage brand presence across channels and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, community outreach, and collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (startup/healthcare/tech experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
