Job Title: Full-Stack Trainer

Location: Pune (Kothrud / Wakad)

Experience: 2 to 3 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Training Sessions:

2. Deliver high-quality training on front-end, back-end, databases, and related web technologies.

3. Use interactive teaching methods such as hands-on coding exercises, live projects, case studies, and assignments to engage learners.

4. Develop and implement curricula for training programs, workshops, and bootcamps based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).

5. Design Training Material:

6. Create and update course content, including presentations, lab exercises, and study materials.

7. Ensure the course is up to date with the latest industry standards and technology trends.

8. Mentorship and Guidance:

9. Provide mentorship to students and guide them through projects. Conduct regular assessments to track learner progress.

10. Offer career guidance and job preparation, including building portfolios, interview practice, and coding challenges.

11. Full Stack Development Expertise:

12. Teach core front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Cover back-end technologies such as , Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP, along with frameworks like , Django, Spring, etc.

13. Database management and integration using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Exposure to DevOps concepts and tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

14. Student Support and Feedback:

15. Provide timely feedback on assignments and projects. Address learner queries and provide troubleshooting assistance during training.

16. Performance and Progress Evaluation:

17. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to gauge the effctiveness of training. Adapt teaching methods based on feedback and learning outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Proficiency:

2. Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end development frameworks. Expertise in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API development.

3. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Understanding of version control tools like Git and development tools like Webpack or Grunt.

4. Experience:

5. 2 to 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer or related roles.

6. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is a plus but not mandatory.

7. Soft Skills:

8. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

9. Patience, adaptability, and ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

10. Educational Requirements:

11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related eld (or equivalent practical experience).

12. Full Stack Development certifications are preferred. Optional Additions: Experience with agile methodologies. Knowledge of mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
