Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Fixated, a creator management company working with some of the biggest and most ambitious creators in the world, is on the hunt for their Senior Content Strategist to lead channel growth and scale creator businesses We're helping them fill this position.

If you're passionate about YouTube strategy and excited to mentor both creators and teams while leveraging proven systems to drive exponential growth, this is the right role for you.

Requirements:

  • You have deep experience with creators who have personally relied on you for YouTube long-form strategy
  • You have proven success scaling creator channels with tangible, measurable results
  • You've demonstrated ability to guide and mentor creators at the highest level
  • You have deep understanding of the full long-form YouTube content process (concept, production, editing, retention, packaging, distribution)
  • You possess strong creative instincts combined with business acumen
  • Your past work aligns with Fixated's vision of scaling top-tier creators through innovative systems and services
  • You're based in Los Angeles or open to on-site work (fully remote considered for exceptional candidates)
  • You're proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • You have experience across multiple content verticals including lifestyle, comedy, entertainment, gaming, IRL, and challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your pod (strategists, editors, designers, operations manager) with direct oversight of your creators' growth
  • Apply your proven strategies alongside Fixated's proprietary models and industry-leading approaches used by the top 1% of creators
  • Partner with Fixated's management, brand, and business teams to expand opportunities across sponsorships, distribution, and other monetization streams
  • Serve as a trusted mentor to both your creators and your pod team
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between your creators and Fixated's infrastructure to drive scalable, long-term growth
  • Leverage Fixated's systems, resources, and network to unlock exponential growth and multiply revenue opportunities

Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year
