Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International IT Sales Professional who has proven experience in selling IT services to global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Pitch and sell company services: Mobile App Development, Web Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain a CRM of potential leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in international sales in the IT services domain.
- Strong knowledge of selling IT services such as mobile apps, websites, and digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
