Key Account Manager (KAM)
to lead customer relationships and drive business growth.


Role Overview

As a
KAM
, you will be the
face of Ramesh Textiles to our customers
. You'll manage key retail accounts, own commercials and costings, and ensure flawless communication between buyers and our internal teams. Working closely with Merchandising, PPC, QA, and Logistics, you'll make sure every order is executed
On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)
while building long-term growth with customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    single point of contact
    for assigned buyers.
  • Handle
    costing, price negotiations, and claims
    with support from PPC & Procurement.
  • Drive
    seasonal product roadmaps
    with buyers.
  • Coordinate with internal Merchandising pods for T&A calendars and execution.
  • Ensure
    all customer emails and requests are responded to within 24 hours
    .
  • Present weekly updates to management on account status, risks, and opportunities.


KPIs

  • OTIF ≥ 95% for your accounts.
  • Margin adherence (as per costing approvals).
  • Customer satisfaction & repeat business.
  • Growth in business share from each account.
  • Communication SLA:
    100% of customer mails acknowledged/responded to within
    24 hours
    .


What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 years in
    exports / textiles / apparel / home furnishing
    .
  • Proven track record of
    managing international retail accounts
    .
  • Strong in
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
    .
  • Business acumen to balance customer satisfaction with profitability.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
