About the Role

The role involves full project life cycle ownership, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a project plan and identify key internal and/or external resources required for project success.
  • Direct and monitor project activity and oversee the creation of project documentation.
  • Work with the business to identify and analyze core project needs and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and working session activities to identify project goals, schedule, impacted processes, and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, anticipate, translate, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Overall experience of 8-12 years in a team leading role.

Required Skills

  • Exposure to different on-premise and cloud solution sets such as HP Service Desk, IBM Maximo, BMC, SAP, ServiceNow (good to have).
  • Interpersonal, decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Scrum board.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated individual eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing company.
  • Ability to work with global teams.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the industry.
