Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, from posting job openings to interviewing and hiring candidates.
  • Process new hire documentation, including I-9 verification and background checks.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Support employee benefits programs and help resolve employee benefit questions.
  • Track and manage time off and attendance records.
  • Help administer training and development programs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking participation.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, termination letters, and performance appraisals.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
