Production & Quality Engineer

Education :
B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 1 - 2 Year
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality systems: Create and maintain quality control processes, test plans, and inspection protocols.
- Monitor quality: Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and manufacturing processes to identify deviations.
- Analyze and solve problems: Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
- Document and report: Maintain accurate quality documentation, generate reports on quality metrics, and document process issues and solutions.
- Ensure compliance: Make sure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor: Train other employees on quality control procedures and support quality assurance team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
