We're Hiring : Network Lead Admin . Are you an expert in network infrastructure and operations, with a passion for managing large-scale enterprise environments? We're looking for a Network Lead Admin to join our dynamic team . Qualifications :

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in network operations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, WAN optimization, and wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee production network environments impacting 100+ users.
  • Manage Data Center Network Operations for critical applications.
  • Handle escalated incidents and high-priority tickets.
  • Predict risks, assess impacts, and manage major changes.
  • Lead technical teams (5-10 members) and manage vendors.
  • Work on network design, migration, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Provide 3rd level technical support for data network issues.

Technical Skills :

  • Expertise in Data Center design/configuration (Nexus, L2/L3 switches).
  • Proficient in SD-WAN management and Wireless infrastructure (WLC/AP).
  • Solid knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
  • Experience with network optimization solutions (Riverbed, Cisco WAAS).
  • Familiarity with niche technologies like Cisco ACI, NSX, SDN, SDA, and DNAC.
  • Strong understanding of network security and wireless technologies (Cisco/Aruba).
  • Automation skills and scripting expertise to reduce manual efforts.

Behavioral Skills :

  • Proven experience in escalated incident resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical team leadership of up to 10 resources.
  • Ability to handle global customers effectively.
