Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site IT Technical Trainer role located in Bengaluru South, responsible for delivering technical training programs to employees, clients, or stakeholders. The Trainer will design and tailor IT training content, employ teaching techniques to meet diverse learning needs, and guide learners toward mastering technical subjects. Additionally, the role involves conducting evaluations to assess training effectiveness, offering feedback, staying updated on advancements in IT, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical concepts such as Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Database Management
- Strong skills in creating training materials, curriculum design, and instructional techniques
- Experience in delivering presentations, conducting workshops, and facilitating hands-on technical training
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of training materials and incorporate feedback
- Other beneficial qualifications include a background in instructional design, industry certifications such as CompTIA, AWS, or Microsoft, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
