Job Title: Technical Trainer – Engineering & AI ProgramsShift: 3.30 PM- 12.30 PM ISTLocation: Bangalore Department: Learning & Development Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver and develop high-impact training experiences for technical teams across engineering, AI, and digital domains. This role requires strong presentation skills, instructional design knowledge, and deep familiarity with technical content such as programming, infrastructure, or cloud-based tools. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating both live virtual and in-person sessions, creating scalable eLearning, and working with global audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitation & InstructionDeliver instructor-led technical training sessions (in-person and virtual)Facilitate learning across multi-generational, culturally diverse teamsConduct training needs analysis to align learning objectives with role expectationsRun pre- and post-training assessments to measure comprehension and retention Content & Curriculum DesignDesign and develop technical training content for a variety of audiencesTranslate complex technical topics into digestible, live, eLearning, and microlearning modulesCollaborate with SMEs to update or localize content to regional needsCertification & ReadinessGuide learners through certification programs (e.G., AWS, Azure, Python, AI/ML)Support content alignment with certification pathways and industry benchmarks Collaboration & CoachingWork with cross-functional teams and business units to understand training needsFacilitate knowledge transfer sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions with learnersProvide ongoing support and feedback to learnersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience delivering technical training or instructional contentProven experience in:Instructor-led training delivery (virtual + onsite)Instructional design, course creation, and eLearning development (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)Hands-on knowledge of:Programming (e.G., Python, Java, or related)AI and Cloud (e.G., AWS, Azure, GCP)Developer or IT workflows and tools (e.G., GitHub, JIRA, DevOps)Certifications preferred: AWS, AI, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or equivalentTools and Technologies (Desired from the selections below)Experience with a combination of the following platforms and tools is highly desired:Facilitation & Engagement: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, KahooteLearning Authoring: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)Video & Media Creation: Camtasia, Loom, Descript, OBS Studio, Veed.Io, Canva, PowerPointAI-Driven Video & Audio: Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, ElevenLabs, Play.HtKnowledge Management & Collaboration: Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Google WorkspaceLearning Management & Standards: Litmos, Moodle, SCORM/xAPIAI Productivity & Content Tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini (for scripting, course design, and optimization)Additional SkillsStrong communication and facilitation skillsExperience working with global teamsSelf-driven and highly organizedAbility to translate business needs into learning outcomesFlexibility to travel (up to 10–20%)Why Join UsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge upskilling programsEngage directly with enterprise engineering teamsBe a core part of building modern learning programs that shape the future of tech delivery
