As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote IHNA's programs and services. You'll partner closely with academic, admissions and administrative teams in both India and Australia to ensure aligned messaging and consistent brand identity across all channels. You will drive digital marketing campaigns, create high-quality content, oversee key events, analyze performance, and optimize for reach, conversion and ROI.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager

  • Undertake strategic marketing to drive enrolments and elevate brand awareness.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Run digital campaigns (social, email, web, paid) to boost engagement.
  • Coordinate recruitment events (webinars, open days, expos) and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with academic, admissions and admin teams to align marketing with institutional goals.
  • Monitor campaign analytics to optimize reach, conversions and ROI.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Lead PR efforts including media engagement and compelling success stories.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track leads and measure campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic marketing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong data-analysis, automation reporting, communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative and measurable-outcome driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
