Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to food safety standards. Additionally, the Barista will engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
