About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coffee Trainer to join our hospitality team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee—from bean to cup—and be skilled in training baristas and hospitality staff on coffee preparation, brewing techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

You will play a key role in maintaining high coffee standards across our outlets and ensuring an exceptional coffee experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for baristas and service staff on coffee preparation, latte art, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement training modules for new hires and existing staff.
• Maintain quality and consistency of coffee served across all outlets.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, beans, blends, and brewing technology.
• Collaborate with the operations and product teams to improve offerings and service standards.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards in all coffee operations.
• Assist in menu development and new product launches related to coffee and beverages.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Coffee Trainer, Head Barista, or similar role in a café or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brewing methods (pour-over, AeroPress, French press, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Certification from a recognized coffee organization (e.g., SCA, Barista Guild) is a plus.
• Passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad (food and accommodation provided).
