Responsibilities

Description

  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
  • Support and Manage the Admin activities such as but not limited to
    • Keep track of the functionality changes within the system (new release updates)
    • Setup migration between environments
    • Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing
    • Perform Planning and execution of training, support and transition
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications

  • Process and Configuration knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Global/Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Taleo, Learning Cloud module along with expertise on Redwood enablement.
  • Knowledge of Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, OTL shall be an added advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge on module configuration and process flows including recent Oracle upgrade releases.
  • Experience in Redwood implementation across modules.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM experience years.
  • Experience in implementing or Supporting (managed services) Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reporting – Understanding of OTBI/OBIEE reports, migration and scheduling
  • Migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment
