We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead our workshop in Agra. You will be responsible for managing our team of 40+ artisans and tailors, implementing strict quality control, and ensuring all export orders are produced on time and to the high standards of our international clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • There will be order sheet provided with a due date, ensuring and being responsible that it is processed within the date - ensuring material availability, coordinating with clusters, planning the order process schedule and pre reporting to the team on daily progress
  • Develop and manage a strict Quality Control (QC) system for all production stages.
  • When required, handle the external manual marketing stuff within Agra and rarely Delhi
  • Plan and oversee all production schedules to meet client delivery deadlines.
  • Lead, train, and manage the daily activities of our team of artisans and tailors
  • Report directly to company leadership with regular updates on production status of daily tasks done through Whatsapp group with the team
  • Improve workshop efficiency, increase output, and reduce material waste.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in a garment or fashion accessories manufacturing unit.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing quality control systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a production team.
  • Good technical knowledge of garment construction and handcrafted techniques.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and good to have proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Agra.
