Responsibilities
:

·       Assist in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

·       Support security teams in deploying and managing solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security.

·       Participate in network security audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing activities.

·       Help in monitoring network traffic, identifying anomalies, and responding to security alerts.

·       Maintain accurate project documentation, device inventory, and network diagrams.

·       Learn and apply security best practices for LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.

·       Support in integrating security solutions (e.g., WAF, NAC, DLP) with existing networks.

·       Assist in preparing technical reports, SOPs, and configuration documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong fundamentals in networking (OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, switching).

· Basic understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, VPN, NAT, ACLs).

· Knowledge of Windows/Linux system basics and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with any networking tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, or packet tracers (preferred).

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn security technologies and industry practices.

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

· CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / equivalent networking certification (preferred but not mandatory).
