Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and improvements.

2. Grievance Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to facilities.
  • Address grievances promptly and effectively, working with HR to resolve issues and enhance employee satisfaction.

3. Seating Allocation:

  • Manage seating arrangements and space utilization to optimize workflow and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with departments to accommodate changes in team structure and project needs.

4. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of facilities-related data, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and space utilization.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

5. Events Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to create successful and engaging events.

6. HR Coordination:

  • Work closely with HR to support onboarding processes, including workspace setup and facilities orientation for new employees.
  • Assist in developing policies related to facilities management and employee well-being
