We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is part of a holistic management profile that begins with sales and marketing and progresses toward Team development, Team management, HRD, and HRM based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
Present and promote products/services effectively to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve business growth.
Work on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns for brand visibility.
Develop leadership skills by mentoring and managing teams over time.
Participate in team development, team management, and HR processes as part of career progression.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
