About the Role / भूमिकेबद्दलWe are looking for a Counter Salesman / काउंटर सेल्समन with retail clothing experience, good customer service skills, and fluency in Marathi / मराठी अनिवार्य आहे.

Key Responsibilities / जबाबदाऱ्या

  • Assist customers in selecting clothes / ग्राहकांना कपडे निवडण्यास मदत करणे
  • Provide fabric & style knowledge / कपड्यांचा प्रकार व स्टाईल समजावून सांगणे
  • Maintain displays & shop cleanliness / डिस्प्ले व दुकानाची स्वच्छता राखणे
  • Handle billing & cash / बिलिंग व रोकड व्यवहार करणे
  • Build good customer relations / ग्राहकांशी चांगले संबंध निर्माण करणे
  • Achieve sales targets / विक्रीचे उद्दिष्ट पूर्ण करणे

Requirements / आवश्यक पात्रता

  • Retail sales experience (clothing preferred) / रिटेल विक्रीचा अनुभव (कपडे प्राधान्य)
  • Marathi is must / मराठी आवश्यक आहे
  • Good communication skills / चांगले संवाद कौशल्य
  • Knowledge of fabrics & fashion / कपडे व फॅशनची माहिती
  • Cash & billing handling / रोकड व बिलिंग हाताळणी
  • Customer-friendly attitude / ग्राहकाभिमुख वर्तन

Salary & Benefits / पगार व फायदे ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & performance) / अनुभव व कामगिरीनुसार पगार ₹१५,००० – ₹३५,०००
