We are seeking a hands-on Video Producer & Director who can manage end-to-end production, oversee creative direction on set, and ensure smooth execution of all video projects. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and experienced in leading production teams while maintaining high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of video shoots, including pre-production & production.
  • Direct on-set activities, including guiding talent, camera crew, and production staff.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.
  • Manage production schedules, locations, logistics, and resources.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with high production quality.
  • Collaborate with editors, graphic designers, and sound teams for post-production.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budget and deadlines.
  • Provide creative input, storyboarding, and concept development for video content.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in video production and direction, preferably in corporate, advertising, or digital content.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of camera, lighting, sound, and editing techniques.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Preferred:

  • Experience with multi-camera setups, studio and outdoor shoots.
  • Familiarity with post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Ability to contribute creatively to scripts, storyboards, and visual storytelling.
