Job Title: Project Manager Accounts & Operations

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager who can bridge account operations, project governance, and financial management. This role requires hands-on experience in managing SOWs, supporting P&L, driving operational excellence, and assisting in sales cycles. You will collaborate across delivery, sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring scope, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Manage account operations, resource planning, and reporting across projects.
  • Assist in monitoring P&L performance, project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
  • Partner with sales and presales teams to support proposals, contracts, and sales cycle activities.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Track project health, risks, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool adoption for better project and financial management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Account Operations.
  • Exposure to SOW management and basic understanding of P&L/budget tracking.
  • Knowledge of operations/project governance and sales cycle processes.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools (Power BI preferred), and project management tools.
  • Ability to connect project execution with business and financial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or similar certification (nice to have).
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with contract management and client interaction.
