We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 20 years of experience to join our team as a Storage Automation Engineer in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, extensive knowledge of software development languages, and comprehensive experience in configuration management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Contribute to sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Design, develop, test, and support automation for data protection services within the bank.
  • Develop reporting and monitoring capabilities for automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide engineering support on the bank's data protection products and their standard usage.
  • Evaluate products, features, and versions to stay updated with industry trends.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development languages, including Python and Bash.
  • Comprehensive experience in configuration management and orchestration using Redhat Ansible.
  • Proficient in designing, developing, and testing Rest API services.
  • Hands-on experience with Devops SCM tooling, GitHub, and CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, and CloudBees.
  • Skilled in using Devops collaboration tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledgeable in Veritas NetBackup and related infrastructure, and Commvault and related infrastructure.
  • Mandatory PF detection is required for this role.
