Job Role: Stores Manager

Location: Sarigam, Vapi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the entire store/warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials

· Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification

· Maintain updated records of inward and outward materials, stock levels, and stock reconciliation

· Ensure timely issue of raw materials to production and receive finished goods from the shop floor

· Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow

· Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials for easy identification and access

· Manage GRNs, gate passes, challans, and other documentation as per company standards

· Ensure safe handling and storage of materials following safety norms

· Monitor and manage store manpower, assign duties, and ensure productivity

· Prepare regular reports such as daily stock status, monthly consumption, and inventory valuation
