We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every client. You will play a key role in personal styling, driving sales, and maintaining a high-end retail environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers warmly, providing a seamless, premium shopping experience from welcome to sale.
  • Offer personalized styling advice and wardrobe consultation tailored to each client's preferences and needs.

Sales & Targets:

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive basket size through upselling and cross-selling products.

Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current collections, brand stories, and fashion trends.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and stock levels are consistently maintained.

Clienteling & Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients, maintaining a dedicated client book.
  • Drive repeat business through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and exclusive previews.

Store Operations:

  • Support store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years in fashion retail, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Skills & Traits:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High grooming standards and a keen fashion sense with an understanding of luxury trends.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline; a background in Fashion or Retail Management is a plus.
