About the Role:

Key Responsibilities :

• Course Development & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Frontend Topics like JavaScript, , TypeScript, React Native, etc.
• Lab Management: Conduct and manage lab sessions to provide students with hands-on coding experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with faculty members, researchers, and
• industry partners to enhance the curriculum.
• Academic Excellence & Student Success: Mentor students, assist with project work, and ensure academic growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with university administrators and Newton
• School representatives to drive innovation.
• Research & Innovation: Encourage students to engage in cutting-edge research and industry collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Frontend
• Development.
• Proficiency in JS, CSS, , and Angular (must be comfortable picking up new languages quickly).
• Solid understanding of Frontend Development concepts, including experience with User interface, performance optimization, and modern frameworks.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to students.
• Adaptability to learn and teach core computer science topics.

Good-to-Have:

• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and academic tools
• Experience in software development and system design.
