Job Title: Junior Credit Analyst Lending

Company: Caparo Financial Solutions Limited

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: 6 LPA + (Based on Candidate Profile)

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Assessment & Financial Analysis

  • Analyze applicants financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
  • Evaluate borrower profiles, repayment capacity, and risk exposure.
  • Study economic and industry trends impacting borrower creditworthiness.

Risk Assessment & Loan Structuring

  • Perform credit risk assessments using in-house or industry credit models.
  • Build financial models to evaluate credit parameters.
  • Recommend appropriate loan structures aligned with client risk profiles.

Loan Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed credit proposals for internal approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with NBFC and RBI credit norms.
  • Handle documentation, loan agreements, and disbursement processes.

Portfolio Monitoring & Credit Risk Management

  • Monitor borrower performance and payment behavior.
  • Analyze delinquency trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in identifying early warning signals for high-risk accounts.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
  • Prepare and present credit MIS reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of financial ratios and risk indicators
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with NBFC products: LAP, SME loans, Working Capital, etc.

Education

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Finance background preferred)
