Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with the companys vision and goals.
- Drive innovation in service delivery, menu offerings, and customer engagement.
- Strategize & comply with Legal & Liaisoning responsibilities
- Profit& Loss Accountability including cashflow management and overseeing accounts, finance, sales, marketing departments
- Stake holder management
- Oversee daily operations of all cafs, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
- Champion a customer-first culture across all venues.
- Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Optimize cost control and revenue generation strategies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Identify opportunities for new hospitality ventures or improvements.
- Lead the launch of new outlets or services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in management preferably from a reputed management institute
- 15+ years of experience in Hotel Industry handling operations independently along with Profit & Loss accountability
- Strong leadership, and communication skills.
