VP Transitions

1. Transition Leadership

• Lead client-focused and contextually aligned transformation journeys to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by aligning delivery outcomes with business expectations.

• Be accountable for revenue generation, AOI impact, and successful program outcomes during the Transition & Transformation lifecycle.

• Drive the adoption and integration of digital capabilities and tools across all transformation programs.

• Lead and manage complex transformation programs involving discovery, solution implementation, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

2. Practice & Innovation Champion

• Take ownership of building and institutionalizing the Transition delivery practice, including:

• Creating new playbooks and frameworks for consistent delivery quality.

• Embedding governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

• Driving innovation in program management, delivery excellence, and solutioning frameworks.

• Establishing common standards and best practices across different business units and geographies.

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation to ensure readiness for future client needs.

• Implement a unified, scalable program management model to enhance delivery predictability and client satisfaction.

3. Solution Capability & Sales Enablement Leader

• Act as a key partner in the Sales and Solutioning lifecycle, ensuring:

• Transition solution submissions are robust, differentiated, and meet defined quality standards.

• Active participation in solution design, benchmarking, and market positioning.

• Testing and refining solution constructs before client submission.

• Partnering with deal teams, advisors, and SMEs to develop go-to-market strategies.

• Strengthening the solution assurance function to drive accountability and precision in the pre-sales process.

• Serve as a voice of delivery and transition quality in client pursuits, ensuring alignment with long-term success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead CXO/CXO-1 level discussions to understand strategic client needs and shape engagement vision.

• Drive the end-to-end transformation agenda from Day 1, including digital adoption, program management, change enablement, and governance.

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define execution strategies and ensure value realization.
