Job Description :-

  • Project Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets for interior and office space fit-out projects, ensuring costs are kept within defined parameters.
  • Tender Analysis: Prepare and evaluate tenders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders to assist in financial decision-making processes.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors, focusing on securing the best value for materials and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project costs and contractual obligations.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 6-11 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior, office space, and fit-out sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale commercial interior projects
  • Certification from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
