Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead our wholesale business for the Crocodile men's wear brand. The candidate will handle zonal operations, drive sales growth, and manage the distribution network efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle wholesale business operations across multiple regions.
  • Manage and guide Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Build and expand distributor and dealer networks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key retailers and wholesalers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, or Business.
  • 8–12 years of experience in apparel / men's wear wholesale sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of distribution networks and market expansion.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
