Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/ Manager, Knowledge Management/Training
In this role we are seeking you to lead and enhance our knowledge management initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to the right information at the right time, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization
Responsibilities
Knowledge Management
- Establish and drive Knowledge Management pillars and practices across the account
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers
- Regular touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
- Maintain key artefacts for reference and audit purpose
- Effectively manage ISAE audits for respective portfolios
- Be a consultant to the business and advise/drive process improvement ideas
- Conduct regular training review cadence with business
- Publish monthly dashboards for Knowledge Management metrics
- Develop customized training modules for various levels, including frontline employees, managers, and executives
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, focus groups, and collaboration with business leaders
- Execute and govern training programs, including instructor-led, e-learning, and blended-learning approaches
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions as needed
- Track and analyze training outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and business leaders to align training programs with strategic goals
- Leverage AI-driven learning platforms, Power BI, and data analytics for training insights
Knowledge Transfer
- Collaborate with Transitions, Operations, and Solutions teams during RFI/RFP discussions and proposals
- Implement KT frameworks and methodologies ensuring smooth transitions
- Ensure all knowledge transfer materials (SOPs/process documents) are up-to-date and standardized
- Proactive risk call outs and risk management
- Timely report outs around performance of batches
- Implement Knowledge Management framework after go-live
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- Understanding of Insurance and interpret problem in processes
Preferred qualifications
- Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with stakeholders & peers/sub-process areas
- Sound background of P&C Insurance (Broker)
- Premium accounting knowledge is preferred
