Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely vendor and client payments.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including filings and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Monitor budgets, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, records, and documentation.
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Implement and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff as needed.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative activities such as vendor coordination, office expense management, and general office operations support.
