Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role located in Mumbai at Kohinoor Electronics Official. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, maintaining records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
  • Ensure
    timely and accurate GST filings
    including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation
  • Prepare and maintain
    books of accounts
    as per statutory requirements
  • Manage
    accounts payable (AP)
    and
    accounts receivable (AR)
    functions
  • Conduct
    reconciliations
    of bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
  • Assist in
    statutory audits
    ,
    tax audits
    , and
    internal audits
  • Monitor
    TDS compliance
    , payment, and return filing
  • Provide support during
    tax assessments and scrutiny cases
  • Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and government authorities as needed
  • Continuously monitor changes in
    GST laws
    and provide updates to the finance team
