We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Noida — someone who began their career in project management, has a strong delivery mindset, and understands the pace and complexity of K–12 or higher education environments.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of digital learning and education programs for clients and partners in the education and learning sector. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project discipline, and ensure that quality, budget, and timelines are consistently achieved.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project — including building, maintaining, and tracking detailed project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and delivery timelines.

  • Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including academic content, design, and media production stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate proactively to maintain alignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, and delivery efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage project reports, billing documentation, and status updates.

Job requirements Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 4–6 years of project management experience.

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

  • Experience managing projects in K–12, higher education, or EdTech environments.

  • Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to digital learning, curriculum development, or education technology platforms.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

  • Experience collaborating with international clients or partners.
