Job Title: Nursing Staff

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff member to join our eye care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting doctors during examinations or procedures, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. The candidate should also be flexible to assist at the reception desk when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist ophthalmologists during patient examinations and minor procedures.
  • Manage patient flow and ensure smooth coordination between the doctor and patients.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and instruments.
  • Guide and assist patients regarding medications, eye drops, and aftercare.
  • Handle reception duties when required — including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing support.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably in Eye Care / Healthcare industry)
  • Education: Graduation preferred
  • Marital Status: Married candidates preferred
  • Age: 30 years and above
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Residence: Preferably within 5–7 km of Chembur (exceptions can be made for genuinely interested candidates)
  • Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Week Off: Any one day in a week
