Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Faculty, located in GOA. The Housekeeping Faculty will be responsible for teaching and training students in the field of housekeeping, including developing curriculum, conducting lectures, and providing hands-on training. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student performance. The faculty will ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 05 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
  • Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
  • Salary as per the Industry standards and knowledge

Qualifications

  • Teaching experience in Hospitality Management
  • Expertise in Rooms Division Management
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
  • Relevant certifications in Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience & Skills

- Previous experience in respective departments or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

- Teaching or training experience preferred.
