Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic information about the company and the services we offer to help students secure admission to their desired medical college based on their rank.
- Handle incoming calls from clients, respond to queries via WhatsApp, and connect them with available counselors.
- Manage client registrations and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with counselors to track client visits and monitor their progress.
- Manage client interactions efficiently during peak office hours.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Skills Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in any field
2.Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi languages
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills
4.Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
5.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple clients simultaneously
6.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
